These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and Rubikslot (hereinafter referred to as "Rubikslot", "we", "us", or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://rubikslot.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Rubikslot Platform, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is strictly enforced via KYC documentation review prior to first withdrawal approval.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may not hold more than one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts discovered by our compliance team will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not a Rubikslot employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of Rubikslot or its affiliated service providers are not eligible to register or maintain a Player account.
• Not self-excluded: Players who have previously exercised a self-exclusion request on the Platform, and for whom the exclusion period remains active, are not eligible to register a new Account.
• Accurate registration information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

Upon registration, you will be required to create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account. Rubikslot shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify Rubikslot's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensure that all personal information on your Account profile remains accurate and up to date;
• Complete KYC verification promptly upon request by our compliance team.

Rubikslot reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time in connection with account security, anti-fraud measures, or regulatory compliance obligations. Failure to complete requested verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Rubikslot supports a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as major credit and debit cards and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 (subject to change — refer to the current deposit page for live limits).
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Rubikslot does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Processing time is typically between five minutes and two business hours for approved requests.
• Rubikslot reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Rubikslot offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, which form an integral part of these Terms when accepted by the Player.

General bonus conditions applicable to all Rubikslot promotions:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Rubikslot reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino and sportsbook bets may contribute at a different rate than slot games — refer to the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• In the event that a Player attempts to withdraw funds while an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is attached to the Account, Rubikslot reserves the right to void the bonus and associated bonus-derived winnings prior to processing the withdrawal request.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of promotions will be voided and the Account suspended.

All games available on the Rubikslot Platform — including slot machines, live dealer games, RNG table games, sports betting markets, lottery, and arcade titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. Players are advised to review these rules prior to wagering.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing/spinning conducted in real time under controlled conditions. Rubikslot does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by Rubikslot's trading team and are subject to change up until market settlement. Accepted bets are binding at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or incorrect odds published due to human or system error, Rubikslot reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's balance.
• Rubikslot's decision on all game outcomes and dispute resolutions is final, subject to formal dispute procedures set out in these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rubikslot Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or permitting another person to use your Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or transactional processes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including for the placement of bets or exploitation of games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at Rubikslot staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the Rubikslot Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the proprietary property of Rubikslot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Rubikslot.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rubikslot, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Rubikslot's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rubikslot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Rubikslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player's identity or age verification documents are found to be fraudulent or insufficient;
• The Account is being used in a manner that is unlawful or potentially harmful to the integrity of the Platform;
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Regulatory, licensing, or anti-money laundering obligations require us to do so.

Upon termination of an Account, any genuine real-money balance remaining — after deduction of voided bonuses and any amounts subject to dispute — will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any active bonuses attached to the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Rubikslot is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling behaviours among its player community. We maintain the following tools and measures for this purpose, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that you may set to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Automatic session reminders and optional session time limits to help you manage your play time.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which betting and deposit functionality is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years, processed within 24 hours of request confirmation. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications and your account will be inaccessible.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rubikslot is incorporated and licensed to operate, as an international gaming operator.

Rubikslot makes no representation that the Platform or any of its contents are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where its content may be illegal is strictly at the user's own risk.
